Apple-licious Autumn Fun

DAY 1:

• Grab your coziest fall sweater and enjoy a night of classical music performed by the Charles River Sinfonietta at the Trinty Church in Northborough. They will be featuring music by Beethoven, Mozart, and a beautiful quintet for flute, horn, and string trio by Johann Nisle, a lesser-known composer from the same era.
• Don’t forget to pick up your fresh-baked cookie when you check into the cozy DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston in Westborough! Nestle in for a good night’s sleep in their comfortable, well-appointed rooms.  Be sure to check out their fitness center and indoor swimming pool.

DAY 2:

• Get your day going with a sweet breakfast treat. Head over to C’Est La Vie Bistro for pure comfort on a plate, a warm cinnamon apple crepe or waffle.
• Then, immerse yourself in an amazing farm experience by hand-picking crisp, juicy apples straight from the trees at Tougas Family Farm, surrounded by the beauty of rolling orchards and fresh country air. Be sure to visit and feed their friendly barnyard animals and don’t forget to grab fresh apple cider donuts before you leave!
• Next, head over to the Northborough AppleFest! Indulge in a variety of delicious food trucks, look for some unique finds at their craft fair and be sure to stick around for the nighttime fireworks.

DAY 3:

• Enjoy breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Regatta Grill, before heading out for today’s adventure. Make your way to Holliston’s Harvest Fair where you can browse the vendors offering antiques, collectibles and crafts.
• Enjoy a leisurely lunch at Anthony’s on the Green. Offering classic sandwiches piled high with fresh ingredients and juicy, flavorful burgers cooked to perfection, this spot is sure to satisfy your cravings.
• Check out Holliston’s newest brewery, Rushford and Sons. Enjoy live music while sipping on one of their small batch brews!  Fall is the perfect time to try their Autumn’s Harvest!
