With 45 hotels and over 200,000 square feet of event space, we can accommodate most any special gathering. Our hotels are an affordable alternative to higher-priced Boston, with an average savings of $126 per night for room plus parking. Our hotels and basic amenities are listed below. The Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center has 307 hotel rooms, 22 meeting and event spaces, and a 47,500 square foot trade center for exhibitions. This property hosts countless large conferences, trade and specialty shows, and social events each year.

The Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center, locally known as the Castle, provides a wealth of services and amenities for groups and events. With 22 meeting rooms, including multiple ballrooms, and over 25,000 square feet of event space, the Sheraton can host both large and small assemblies.

The Warren Conference Center & Inn offers a unique outdoor setting on 100 lakefront acres, plus 49 Inn rooms, 4 cabins that each sleep 15, a 4-room lodge, a large ballroom with soaring windows, 10 other meeting rooms, and a seasonal event tent. The property boasts a sand beach, swimming, boating, a ropes course, outdoor patios, and fire pits.

The VERVE Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is a dynamic property that embodies the essence of “verve,” extending that energy and excitement to guests through inspiring art installations, creative cuisine, and 12 event spaces totalling 17,000 square feet. This hotel’s distinctive décor highlights pop culture from the 1960’s to 1990’s, offering a one-of-a-kind backdrop to any event.

MetroWest Boston includes a number of unique venues for meetings and events, such as the American Heritage Museum’s hangar full of antique planes, the Holliston Historical Society’s rustic barn, or the Framingham History Center’s Village Hall, plus many others.
