Experience Sundown & Slices at Nourse Farm

A Summer Evening in MetroWest

Looking for a memorable summer evening in MetroWest Boston? Tuesday nights at Nourse Farm in Westborough offer a chance to slow down, get outside, and enjoy the best of the season. Sundown & Slices – Weekly Sunset Tour & Tasting combines golden-hour farm views, a guided walk through the fields, and a tasting inspired by one featured crop each week

A New Experience Every Week

No two Tuesdays are the same. Each tour highlights what’s thriving in the fields that week, giving guests a fresh experience every visit. One evening may focus on blueberries, another on raspberries, strawberries, currants, peaches, or sunflowers. Later in the season, tours may explore vegetable fields filled with tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, greens, and melons. Guests see firsthand how the farm changes through the summer and discover the variety grown right here in Westborough.

Golden-Hour Farm Views

As the sun begins to set, the farm becomes especially peaceful. Visitors can take in wide-open views, enjoy the fresh air, and experience those quiet golden-hour moments that make summer evenings unforgettable.

A Walk Through History

Established in 1722, Nourse Farm is the oldest continuously operating farm in Westborough, with more than 300 years of history on the same land. Today, the 8th, 9th, and 10th generations of the Nourse family continue the tradition of farming and welcoming visitors. Along the way, guests may also spot the farm’s horses and cattle.

Taste the Harvest

The evening ends with everyone’s favorite part: the tasting. Many treats are made right in the farm store kitchen using produce grown steps away. Nourse Farm is especially known for its signature chocolate bottom pies. Depending on the week, guests may enjoy slices of raspberry chocolate bottom pie, fresh jams, warm donuts, vegetables and fruits, and pickled specialties.

A Night to Remember

Perfect for families, couples, friends, or anyone seeking a unique local outing, Sundown & Slices offers fresh flavors, beautiful scenery, rich history, and a true connection to the land. Tuesday nights fill quickly during peak season, so planning ahead is recommended.
